1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.

2. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is fulfilled, an email will be sent to you with a tracking link. You can click that link at any time to see the live status and estimated delivery date of your package.

3. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

4. How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us at hardbodesupplyco@yahoo.com as soon as possible. We can only modify or cancel orders before they have been processed for shipping. Once an order is in the "Fulfilled" stage, we can no longer make changes.

5. Do you offer Free Shipping?

We currently offer Free Shipping on Orders +$150. This discount is automatically applied at checkout once your cart reaches the required total.
